Lunu is a crypto payment provider. The company was founded in Berlin in 2019.
The project launch took place in Paris in September 2020. Currently,
Lunu has a team of 27 people and still growing bigger in 2022.
Lunu is a comprehensive next-generation cryptocurrency payment system for
the global retail market. Our main products include a Processing Service,
a Mobile Payment Terminal and a Widget for accepting and processing offline
and online payments. Cryptocurrency owners can pay for goods and services
using cryptocurrencies with the help of a crypto wallet on their smartphone.
After processing the transaction, Lunu deposits fiat money in the
retailer’s bank account.
The project features significant decentralized components and supports fair
market exchange rates. Lunu has clients based all over the world and is in
the process of signing contracts with a number of global brands.

Your Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain and implement a front-end web application

Implementation of new features
-
Closely collaborate with the product owner on the successful implementation
of the application features

Work on the backend infrastructure
-
Proactively collect requests from the team, analyse needs and transform
into requirements

Advise and support users/teams with technical questions

Maintain code integrity and organization around active apps
-
Fine-tuning structure, linkers and usability across the stack
To succeed in this role, you’ll need the following skills:

3+ years of experience in similar role preferably in a fintech company
-
Strong experience in JavaScript (ES2015+), HTML5 and CSS3/SCSS,
Atomic/Functional CSS

Hand on working experience in Node.js, React js and CMS tools

Familiar with Git and Backend integration via REST API
-
Experience working with third-party APIs, preferably for payment systems
(examples: YooMoney, Robokassa, Qiwi, etc.)

Good understanding of payment method integration, HTTP protocol and WebSocket
-
Basic experience working with a range of databases; Ability to develop
plugins with PHP

Excellent communication in English

An analytical mindset with Broad outlook with previous remote work experience

Ability to objectively assess tasks and your capabilities

Team player and result oriented with an attitude to master new technologies
and tools
We mostly develop plugins for our payment gateway for CMS tools written in
PHP, but we sometimes need to integrate with CMS tools and frameworks
in other languages: Ruby, Java, Python, etc.
